G4 will not boot up

When I try to boot up I get the LG logo screen and nothing more. I tried rebooting by removing the battery and sim card and sd card. But nothing doing. Anyone have a thought on the problem?

Transferring Music Files

I have been trying to move music files from my pc to my rooted s4 with no success. I tried using the smart switch app and cannot get the connection needed to access the sd card. Any help would be appreciated.
