    Always On Display turns off in darkness GS7 EVEN WITH KEEP SCREEN TURNED OFF DISABLED

    I think that it may be a power saving feature. I notice when I take mine out of my pocket or it is in a dark place, it is off, then will come on when light hits it. It should stay on all the time while charging though, i use mine as a bedside alarm clock while charging.

    Then maybe try Settings > Sound and Notification > Vibration Intensity > Haptic Feedback and move the slider up.

    Do you have Light Manager installed by chance? I had the same problem and finally figured out it was the Wake Screen setting in the app.

    I found that going to Location Settings and switching to Power Saving fixed it for me.
