I've gone right back to defaults now with odin and am beginning to think it's an issue with my SIM. Just closing this thread.

I have a Note ii n7100 I flashed to Paranoid Android earlier in the year and thought I'd try out something else for fun again this morning. I first went to monxdified (monxDIFIED-N7100-XXDME1-13-01.zip) and there was cell signal but I couldn't get onto a cell network (I'm a three UK customer)...

So I used to plug my phone in and it would go du-dip straight away, now it takes about 15 seconds to do so. and the same after I've unplugged it - 15 seconds to change the little icon at the top right to not charging. The phone charges at the same rate as before so it's far from a serious issue...

No it doesn't always need to be there. Just hold the back button to get it up, choose the apps, hold the back button to hide it again. It is pretty good. Sent from my GT-N7100 using Android Central Forums
