no issues here, and my battery life has improved significantly since June update

I just upgraded from a Blackberry KEY2, where I could delete mail on phone without affecting PC/server.....but I guess that's because I was using the Blackberry Hub as the email app, Maybe another android email app will allow me to do what I want...

thanks...by clean I mean I want an empty inbox on my phone as much as possible. I use it just so I don't miss emails while out, and then want them gone from phone. I have too many emails work wise that require lots of follow up, financial info, which I keep on my PC and then file accordingly...

I want to delete from. Phone but keep mail on server and PC...I have office 365 so exchange server/IMAP or so I understand?

I use outlook as primary mail account. I like to keep phone clean with only new emails when I am out, I use it for work and need to keep all correspondence on PC /web outlook

As noted, just setting up new Pixel 4 XL March 2020, downloaded Outlook app as that is what I use on PC, web, and now new Pixel 4. Except I cant find anywhere in settings, or any info online, of how to prevent phone outlook app from deleting my mail on server & PC? HELP! Thanks in advance,

Maybe I need more time with a Samsung phone, but I have hated the ones I haver tried...probably more a learning curve than anything...I have been using Blackberry Android for 3 years which is pretty close to "stock" Android, and been really happy with it, played with a Pixel and didn't see any...

I tried airdroid, worked great for a few minutes then noticed my phone screen would not turn off when not used, tried installing again after last airdroid update but still screen would not shut off...deleted it

I used to do this on my BB10 device, but synced my desktop outlook account with outlook.com Nd it works perfectly, contacts, calender, emails etc, though I set phone NOT to delete mail on server as I manage my mails on my desktop, phone is more for access when away from office
