I've been consistently pleased with the pictures I can take with the Note 8 for almost a year now. Unless I can justify a Note 9 this'll continue to be my trusty companion.

Using action launcher or rootless pixel launcher I've got no issues whatsoever. Honestly the only reason I don't use samsung's launcher is the "swipe down" action pulls up the app drawer. Should be notification shade IMO.

I second this for sure, half the reason I bought the note 8 over the s8+ was width. The other half was the precision SPen, and then the other half was the dual optically stabilized cameras.[emoji6]

Can confirm, I have a VERIZON Note 8 and it allowed me to activate assistant and unlock the phone from the AOD without touching a single button.
