ZTE Axon 7 Mini- In factory test mode...and won't turn on

Got a screen: You are in Factory Test Mode. Says to push power to turn off and then push power to start normally. It doesn't. It just goes back to FTM screen. Can't even get into recovery mode. Any thoughts?

On my Axon 7 it's difficult to get into recovery mode. I have to do this sequence:

-Hold power button until vibration pulse then release
-As soon as ZTE splash screen appears, hold volume up & down for approx 8 seconds (ZTE splash screen should remain on the screen, it shouldn't boot normally)
-Release volume buttons, you should see a phone details page appear with "START" across the top, use volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select recovery mode
-The rest is just like any other Android device.

Panasonic Eluga mark 2 Failed to turn-on stay on test mode

Hello friend I have a Panasonic Eluga Mark 2, which failed to start or shutdown it drain a battery till goes off.
the problem started when i dropped it into water, and after dried it, I plugged the charger, immediately puts me into test mode and so many boxes shows up, like needs to check each and everything. the boxes says to check like an example: Keys, Vibration, Led, Receiver, Ringtone, Bluetooth, Sensors, etc.
I have checked everything passed Ok, except the volume-up and down are not responding!!
It has also Reboot method on one of those boxes, but whenever you Rebooted it turns again in same mode!! never shutdown!!
And if I unplugged the charger it stays on till drained the battery.

Any help wold be much appreciated.

Hold the power button to effect sometimes 10-20 seconds you need to hold down I had the same
if it does not help it with the Vol + power button for resetting, you can enter into recovery and do everything (all wipe) and it should move (sorry for my language but I used google translator)
