They don’t have to hurry. Not with Samsung restricting the delivery date to the 13th. So annoying.

FYI all you who still have the cancel button showing. I still have that and I have already got my notification from FedEx my shipment is on the way. Don’t give up hope. Just a flakey Samsung website.

My phone is in transit now. But FedEx has a do not deliver until the 13th instruction from Samsung! Damn.

I checked my Samsung account this morning. It seems that the lime green is no longer a choice. Of course it may be a glitch but it didn’t show up on different choices either. Edited to say it shows up now. Such a flaky website!

WTF. My order now says arriving Sept 28! What is up with that? Did that happen to anyone else?

Has anyone ever used the cell phone insurance from Samsung? I pre ordered the new Fold and added their insurance for now.

I got almost everything yesterday. Got the silicone case, wireless stand phone charger and portable battery. Still waiting for the leather case. A shipping label has been generated for it.

Ok, saner heads prevailed. Aforementioned husband had the sense to take a picture of the label. He tracked it via the FedEx tracking and it is already on the way to Texas. I don't know how, but bless whoever did that. It was really stressing me. I will anxiously await confirmation from Samsung...

That's what I said, but he took it to the main package drop off, not the main post office. So no scan. Starting to panic.

I gave the return box to my husband to mail in my trade in phone and he dropped it off at the post office! I have tried calling Samsung and repeatedly tried using their chat function with no luck. Chat won't even come up. It said it has to be dropped off at Fed Ex center, not a drop box, and...

That's the one I have also. (Spigen Liquid Air) I tried a different case but it was too bulky. This is just about right.
