Help, what do I do?

I gave the return box to my husband to mail in my trade in phone and he dropped it off at the post office! I have tried calling Samsung and repeatedly tried using their chat function with no luck. Chat won't even come up. It said it has to be dropped off at Fed Ex center, not a drop box, and certainly not the post office. Has this ever happened to anyone? I also tried calling the post office but just got automated recordings. I am afraid I am out a phone and $600.

I would go to the post office asap. They should have scanned the package to give u a receipt. They should have realized it was a fed ex package

That's what I said, but he took it to the main package drop off, not the main post office. So no scan. Starting to panic.

Ok, saner heads prevailed. Aforementioned husband had the sense to take a picture of the label. He tracked it via the FedEx tracking and it is already on the way to Texas. I don't know how, but bless whoever did that. It was really stressing me. I will anxiously await confirmation from Samsung. Sorry about the panic post.
