Having AOD doesn't make your phone 'smart'. Wasting batterylife for just checking the time and missed calls isn't very smart either. People of different idea of 'smart', clearly mine doesn't match yours. If using AOD makes your phone smart, were you using dumb phones till this time?

Anything that kills your batterylife faster is useless. It's doing nothing, simply just a show-off. Turn off all such nonsense like AOD, smart stay etc., If it was me, I would even turn off Google NOW, delete Facebook etc., Get a separate facebook client if you use facebook.
