If your not using the straight talk att sim that proxy will not work u will have to get a straight talk sim to use straight talks service sent from my skyrocket

If that don't work turn the tablet on and wait for it to boot up to the lock screen and then press and hold the power bottom for 10 sec and it will reset but before it does quickly press and hold the volume down and power button until u see a little android guy flipped over sent from my skyrocket
