i have had the same problems and i talk to a Verizon worker when i took my phone up there and theres nothing you can do it means the files are corrupted

ive been through 3 phones in 5 months i have nothing in my pockets with my phone,with lose pants pockets and nobody hitting my pockets and it still ends up cracked...

Good observation im wondering the same I wonder why that was to can someone get android plz we both need answers and would be a lot less confusing i looked for 3 hours literally trying to figure it out cause i was in the country i had not wifi or data (PLEASE PUT FLASH NOTIFICATIONS IN VISION)...
