    Your Note 2's charging IC is broken. Mine did the same thing as yours before the IC circuit went flaky. I replaced the USB daughter board / charging port and it does the same thing. Try using an external battery charger, thats how I'm stuck mitigating the same crap problem as you. Phone does...

    Spriunt Gnote 2 only charges in Download Mode

    Yes I have. I don't even think it's charging at all really. When I manage to bring it to life it sits at the Samsung Note II screen.

    If I plug in on any other times, twrp or the OS, it immediately reboots. Does not matter between stock or Carbon rom. BUT When I plug it into a pc while it's in download mode, it charges. WTF?
