I just did it. I just said, "Screw it" to Samsung. I cancelled my order. I'm not buying this phone elsewhere. I'm just done with the garbage. I don't need to solicit a company who is going to treat me like trash. Goodbye Samsung. That's talking with my wallet.

No And, nobody has said a positive thing about how it would work on the Sprint network. Last I heard, Sprint and T-Mobile were trying to merge.

Depends on who your service provider is. I checked on a T-Mobile phone. That's said to ship week of 9/30. I think Verizon is back-ordered until mid-October.

Somehow I've been getting different dates than you guys have. Ordered the 19th, but they say I ordered the 20th. I have emails to show I ordered the 19th. They said it was suppose to ship week of Aug 23rd. On the evening of the 27th the status changed to backordered in the Shop Samsung App...

T-Mobile soured me on ordering stuff from them when I purchased the Gear S3 Frontier. Nobody i spoke to knew a thing about it. On the release date i walked into a store and tried to buy it. They didn't have it, but said 2 were on the way and should arrive that day. I gave them a business...

Translation: Somebody had 1 job and failed to do it. Samsung clearly didn't gauge market interest for the 512GB phones. I think they also dropped the ball on getting the US color options. Why wouldn't they offer us the ability to get the black or orange phones?
