    tracking number is not updated in the Fedex site yet. I expect Essential will start shipping on Monday, probably (I hope, this is not another false promise from Essential!).

    The question was posted in their support page. Response from Mr. Samuel also showed my question about the shipment. Looks like a genuine Essential Customer service rep. If not, it is a shame that Essential could allow this sort of hijacking.
