Essential Order and Shipping Thread

Yeah they may pick it up today, but keep your expectations low and don't expect before middle of next week

I know. I'm still waiting for my email. I ordered on the 16th so hopefully I can get in on this initial wave of phones. Well unless they are sending out the First Look event phones to appease us.

Yeah I'm waiting as well, it may go thru out the weekend. At least that's what I'll assume. If we don't see tracking by Monday morning then I think we are out of first batch even though reserved and ordered asap.
 
just when I thought i was done and would get my refund....i get shipping notice from FedEx. Damn you Essential...now i will have refuse shipment and wait it out!

Interesting about not being certified on Verizon yet .

I ordered on 16th. I told them this morning I go away on Friday 1st so need it before then. They have just replied to tell me they can’t promise I will have it by Sept 1st!?!?

From what I see across Reddit, Twitter and forums seems only about 10 people got an email so far. Probably less than that if it's the same person posting in multiple places.

The question was posted in their support page. Response from Mr. Samuel also showed my question about the shipment. Looks like a genuine Essential Customer service rep. If not, it is a shame that Essential could allow this sort of hijacking.

It is. Many of us have received responses from Sam.

My note above was that I didn't want @PJRed2008 thinking you were Sam. I don't see Essential posting on forums. They can barely keep up with email, Twitter and Instagram as it is.
