I got a question. I'm on Verizon currently and my phone doesn't have data when I'm on a call. But when I had my lg G3, I had data when I had calls. I'm just wondering if I need to activate something in order to get that feature back. I have unlimited data right now and don't want to lose it...

I'm out of contract and used almost 30 gb and I don't see any throttling. I think I read that if your phone is xlte then you will not get throttled. I'm in downtown Manhattan, NY when I took the test. Edit: whoops. Just saw the previous post. Hooray!

I have the verizon G3. My problem is that some of the google play games are not appearing in my play store. The first time is when my friend told me to download a hidden object game but I wasn't able to find it. However, she was able to search for it in her play store. She has the note 2 btw...

Wasn't the first phone bigger than today's phone. The size is just going back to the way it once were. Bigger is not better for everyone. Just make your own decision and get the phone you want.

Re: Again 5.7inch? If Samsung gets rid of the home button and use on screen button and limit the bezels more, then 5.9 screen is not hard to achieve. But then ppl will start moaning about the loss of screen estate due to on screen button. Anyways, I think 5.7 is already a bit too much...

I think nils is a great app. I've been using it for a long time and it does it's job. In addition, I also use an app called heads up notification. The notifications appear in a similar way as the incoming call appears when you are using your phone. In other words, it's like a floating banner...

When you swipe a word you don't want, you can delete the last letter of the word and then TYPE the new word and the entire word that you didn't would be deleted at once. Not as convenient, but it's better than nothing.

Re: Amazing battery! Do you use wifi a lot? Or did you achieve that time with lte all day long because I don't connect to wifi and of course my battery would drop faster.

Re: Amazing battery! Less than 50% because 40s is already bright for indoor uses. If I go outdoors under the Sun, I usually go around 70-80. But brightness isn't the problem for me because I do the same with the note 2. One positive about lgs display is that I can see clearly under the sun...
