So far today I have used over 10gb and don't notice any throttling. Please keep in mind that this is about throttling not network congestion or weak signal or whatever. I am asking about areas where you always get fast signal, and all of a sudden, the signal decreases on or after 10-1.

Also, indicate if on contract or not. I am on contract .

I am at 18gb. No throttling noticed. Billing cycle ends today. In contract until August 2016.

I thought if u were on contract you wouldn't be throttled.
I'm not on contract and I will check and see if I get throttled

Supposed to be unlimited contracts out of contract get throttled when they use over 4.8gb. I don't expect to get throttled but I renewed my contract after the notice went out.

DOESNT MATTER ANYMORE HOORAY!!!!!! Sorry.. just read the article on the main page. Verizon came back and are not throttling. :) small victory in a long war.. :)

I'm out of contract and used almost 30 gb and I don't see any throttling. I think I read that if your phone is xlte then you will not get throttled. I'm in downtown Manhattan, NY when I took the test.

Edit: whoops. Just saw the previous post. Hooray!

I'm up to 46 gb and have until 15th yet for billing. Been off contract for over 1 1/2 years now and no throttling yet.

Haven't you all heard the news Verizon has back stepped and decided not to throttle 4G LTE after all the back lash they received from the public and the FCC.

You know how people are. They read the initial post and reply before reading the other replies and noticing things changed. :p
