I finally took the advice here and uninstalled Lux. All but the issue of AT&T phonebook sync is gone... I can live with this one until Marshmallow hopefully. If the S7 has a SD and a better battery I may jump ship.

A factory reset still did not solve my app control under accesibility?

I installed 5.1.1 on my AT&T GS6 Active today, and now cannot change the Services to on in the Accessibility settings? Light Flow asks me to turn on, but I cannot. I had one app that was on, so I turned it off now can't turn back on? My apps appear to be accessing notifications anyway though...
