Same happened here. It appears that Samsung or FedEx could improve on a few things. In the grand scheme of things, this is a minor letdown. Will it cause me to second guess using Samsung.com to purchase something in the future? Absolutely. Will it ruin my day or cause me to lose any sleep...

I'm in the boat as you. FedEx shows a label created, but there is no indication of the package even being picked up. At this point, I don't know if it makes to work from home this afternoon or tomorrow to be able to sign for the package.
