Thank you - I was more concerned because these apps often stay on in the background, even after I close them out and I didn't want my employer thinking I'm on Facebook all day and I'm definitely concerned when my bank app stays open.

So if I go to an online forum, like this one, and make a post that says "I hate peaches", my employer can see that I wrote "I hate peaches " (just an example)

I'm not actually on Facebook or these other apps though, unless I'm at lunch. And I use my work issued laptop for my work activities. I guess I don't understand your last question - my apologies.
