Even though it doesn't say it anymore, AT&T makes you wait 24 hours between checking for updates. You can move your date ahead, or wait 24 hours and try checking for updates again.

I'm going to answer my own question :p I called Samsung and additional cloud storage is not available for AT&T (and Verizon) branded phones. You are limited to the 15GB that comes with the device. I still don't get why Samsung allows these phone companies to bully it into removing services...

I believe it's already been released in Europe and India. Who knows when the US carriers (I have AT&T) will get around to releasing it.

Tried out Android Auto now that I can run it direct on my phone. I do have it running through the car's Bluetooth. When I try to give it voice commands, it can hear it's own responses which confuses it. One solution I have found is if I turn down the audio enough, it won't hear itself anymore...
