I always wait the process finish before closing the app.. but I didn't thought about a physical disconnection. I'll pay attention to that if files keeps appearing on LOST.DIR. I don't know if this is the cause, but thanks anyway.

Usually I use ES File Pro, but sometimes I do delete from MX Player or QuickPic (if it's videos or images). Strangely, I just deleted three files, each one about 700mb (using ES), and it didn't came back on LOST.DIR (but had to reboot to free storage).
