Factory resetting my phone in one last bid

Yeah I saw that thread I commented on it but as usual no response

If only life was that simple lol I've exhausted every option through websites and asking for help in forums. I contacted Motorola directly and they said to send it in for repair. I'm guessing they want to downgrade and reinstall 2.0 only problem is is that they want a receipt from 2 years ago...

I've been having a no notification issue since the update on my moto 2. Tried factory reset and impairing but still not working. Any more ideas?

I have also had a barrage of complications with my watch since the update. Had to factory reset my watch then finally got notifications only for it to cease working again half way through my day for no apparent reason. I would like to know when this will be rectified as its rendering my smart...
