You could usually use root explore or use adb for a system pull to the sd card.

I have no idea we will figure it out sooner or later

I emailed LG to release there lg ls840 sources they finally uploaded it. Now hopefully we can get some recoveries cooking

You would need to have an knowledge of adb. You would also need to have sdk installed and the LG drivers on your pc. Or use Use explorer n pull /system and with adb, adb pull /system

Yeah I downloaded the kernel source and like what I see. I`m not an exploit finder but I`m good with kernels and aosp never tried making a recovery but i`m up for new things.Any sign of VM sources any where though ? But is there any downside to this phone besides the arm6 ?
