Well put in a request to Samsung AGAIN and I finally got my money back today. 15 days after they received my return. And yeah, lesson learned about using the debit card, however, if I have the money, I like to just pay for stuff because I tend to forget about CC purchases and it adds up. LOL...

Samsung state they refunded my card, a debit card, 11 days ago. Still hasn’t shown up. Wonderful.

Mine was received last Wednesday, accepted and refunded on Tuesday this week but haven’t seen it credited yet. And as I mentioned above I’m skeptical given the number they say they are refunding is almost 200 less than I paid. They assured me I’d get it all back but I’m fully expecting a huge fight.

None of my Samsung widgets work in Nova Prime. Nor do Android swipe gestures...haven’t looked into it deep enough to see if I missed enabling something for the widgets because if swipe gestures don’t work, I’m out. Sorry if I misspoke then. Glad you guys got them working!

I'm really curious as to why I paid 475ish and am only getting back 295ish. See the pic. I chatted with them last week and they said the whole total would be refunded but I'm skeptical since it now officially says this(see screen).

Mine was the same way. I sent my stuff back and they said I'd get approx 295 back instead of the 475 I paid. I got on Samsung chat and it said I'd get credited correctly. They received my stuff on Friday so we will see what the credit turns out to be. Fingers crossed.

Not sure of the complaints about the leather case. I love mine...the camera on the s20 (regular) sits just below the surface and the fit and finish is just outstanding. Feels nice and soft when holding and typing on it. I have 4-5 other cases and none are even close to as complete as the...

I use the phone about 3 hours SOT and end up with 35-40% at the end of a day 7a-12a...significantly better than I get on my Pixel 4. Both on high refresh rate.

Got my Dbrand one like that on the way for the regular s20, I’ll post a pic when I get it on. I had the glossy version on my Pixel 4, went with the matte this time. Interested to see it in person. That one looks awesome.

The Samsung one is great, why wouldn’t you just get that? It’s what I’m using.
