Kinda weird as I got the phone direct from Samsung with a 10% discount and I used the trade in program. The return invoice they sent shows way different numbers than what the invoice shows. I’ll show what I mean with the email they sent.

See my thread. Same thing with me so I only initiated the phone return to get the full price of the return. Don’t do that though because now my return is being held up. See my thread.

It seems like a scam to me. They are charging 299 for the buds if you don't send them back but they are only 149. They shouldn't give you the option to select what to return if they are going to do that. They should just make you return everything.

I have not. And I never got my freebies as they canceled it and finally gave me a credit after 4 chat sessions. Now I’m wondering if they plan on charging me for the credit that I won’t be using.

So much much did you pay or finance? Thats what you should get back. You send them back the s20 ultra. You don't get to use the credit. The 200 credit was not included in your purchase price. If you used the credit, then obviously you would need to pay that back.

Mine was the same way. I sent my stuff back and they said I'd get approx 295 back instead of the 475 I paid. I got on Samsung chat and it said I'd get credited correctly. They received my stuff on Friday so we will see what the credit turns out to be. Fingers crossed.
