Hello. Since the new update, my lock screen no longer shows me the subject of a text or email. I only see the icons. Is there any way to retrieve that? Also since the update, any time I place my phone on a charger, I get a sound ,and I’d love to remove it. Any idea on how to change that...

Hello. Having some issues with my Galaxy S7 consistantly dropping wifi coverage. I'll be connected, then it will drop, and then be unable to find an IP address. It's not just at home . . . it's everywhere I go. It's very frustrating, and kills my battery and data. Any thoughts? Doug

Thanks for the response. I do not have Galaxy apps, so there is no way to get to the exclusives.

Hello . . . pretty sure on my S5 I had a contact widget that let me call a contact with one push. Looks like the only contact widget I have on this phone (Verizon S6) takes me to the contact. Anyone know of an app that can do something similar for me? I tend to put my contacts in group...

Hello there. Random problem while traveling I'm visiting my mother in law in Denmark, and my S5 wont connect to her internet router. My ipad and my wife's iPhone find her wifi with no problems, but my s5? No luck at all. Even added manually, it can't be found. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Hey everybody, is there a widget or toggle for power saving or ultra power saving mode? I just can't find one anywhere. Doug

I have the fitbit and really like it. It syncs automatically (through Bluetooth) to the S4, and will give a notification if I need to charge it (every week or so). It like that it's smaller, and I can keep it on a belt loop or in a pocket. I don't like things on my wrists . . .

Tried both phones, and the S4 was a better phone for me. Just liked it more. As for looks, I use a case on mine, so it was irrelevant. The phone looks how I want it to look. Metal body versus plastic body was not much of an issue. I liked the screen, the camera, and the "whole-phone" experience...
