Toggle or widget for ups?

Hey everybody, is there a widget or toggle for power saving or ultra power saving mode? I just can't find one anywhere.

On the pull down notifications there is an icon button

Widgets consume power, especially Active Widgets that keep updating from the outside world.

I believe you really want a "shortcut" for that function but I don't know of one.
