If it's only the Apple watch that's holding you back, you may want to give the Samsung Galaxy Classic watch another look. Fully-featured, nice battery life & there are deals out there. I've also heard the Garmin watches are top notch.

For a long time Walmart in Tucson has not accepted Samsung or Google Pay. Neither does Lowes.

I turned on NFC and it really kills the battery. By end of day yesterday I was down to 10%. Previous days, without NFC, typically 40-50% by day's end. So, while GPay did load and allow me to enter card info, I'm not sure how much I'll use it with that kind of battery drain.

Based on the original post, I'd look to the hearing aid as the problem. Especially considering the BT headphones work OK.

I've been using a 20mm Spidel Twist-O-Flex on my Active 2 and plan on transferring it to my Classic 4.

Got the Classic 4, 46mm with Watch 2 trade. Was surprised the Black Watch 4 was sold out on the Samsung site by 1600 hrs, Arizona time.

Nothing but good to say about my S21 Ultra. Phone and camera and Internet browsing have all been good. T-Mobile/Sprint is my carrier. I thought I'd miss the Samsung Pay more than I do. Google Pay is actually easier to use and is accepted in many places, but not all. I haven't used the phone jack...

Perhaps where you're touching the screen as you take the phone out of your pocket?

Re: Best Phone Insurance? To me Squaretrade. Lower price ($130 for 3 years vs 13/mo) and lower deductible ($99 vs 200). One thing they don't cover is loss.

I like it where it is. Faster and easier to use than my S7 Edge was, and I like that phone too!
