Call rejects when picking the phone from pocket

Hello, Whenever I try to get my phone out of my pocket to answer a call, the call is rejected....is this normal? thanks

This happened to me yesterday and have no idea why. First time ever.

Perhaps where you're touching the screen as you take the phone out of your pocket?
