They finally responeded saying they did not want to open /turn on the phone due to it being brand new. Then offered this super fishy (obvious scam) pay "150 upfront and then pay the rest off later" As I said I am in Toronto and this seller claims to be in Orlando.... Thanks for all the help...

What are you using to do this? I have the I337m Samsung galaxy S4. There is no options to enable group SMS... I am from Canada on Rogers and need group texting.
