Bought a note 5 on ebay, described as unlocked but seems to be locked to AT&T (which is ok as I use a straight talk AT&T Sim) I previously had an S6 edge unlocked which I could use as a Hotspot but can't use this note 5 as a Hotspot (reason why I wish to unlock it) I contacted AT&T & straight...

is there a program that can open the large Dat file on my android?? I would love if i could open the .thumbdata3 file that has the history of my pics, might see some that i wish i hadnt deleted if that were possible........ I doubt this can be done but no harm in asking.

any news on the TWRP front?? I have downloaded newest sync and synced phone, assuming it has newest drivers as i cant find an option for drivers so guess its automatic... EDIT.. managed to get the recovery flashed.. spoke to dees troy on twrp chat.. suggested i use TAB in terminal to...

I have previously synced my phone using sync manager does that automatically update drivers??

Hi wiz.. i tried re downloading earlier and using original name (recovery.img) but same message came up ....

C:\Users\HOUSE\Desktop\ADB>fastboot flash recovery TWRP.img error: cannot open 'TWRP.img' TWRP.img is a disc image file....

was trying to get TWRP on google playstore but it isnt available, there is one called TWRP manager by JMZ and wondered if that is any use?.. or would it be better to download from pc and use a command to use it......

I've unlocked it, restored backup for contacts etc, will wait til tomorrow before tackling any more, too tired... thanks again
