Not really sure why the S6 and Note 5 users were hoping. Everybody should have known 2 years ago that they aren't getting Oreo. Samsung flagship = 2 OS upgrades. Just like S7 won't be getting P.

Yeah, I just switched to Rogers and got an S8 (Manitoba). Hopefully not too long, but you never know with these guys!! I'll actually ask Rogers in a few and see if they will tell me haha

Looks like the T-Mobile flagships from 2015 are getting Oreo.
