Mine did the same thing all day yesterday, and it just moved to shipped today, I got the tracking from the rep yesterday.

Finally got some good news, my order has finally shipped, it is also in my destination city, but doesn't currently display a delivery date, hoping I get it tomorrow.

I haven't got any update on shipping yet my status still says "Preparing" its been like that for 7 hours now, i'll keep everyone updated when there's movement, I really don't understand best buy sometimes, I ordered on the first day of preorders and might be among the last ones to get it smh...

Still nothing about It being shipped I have the tracking but Ups hasn't picked it up I'm on the East coast so maybe I'll get mine on Thursday.

Ok guys I just got off the phone with a rep and they told me that I do have a tracking number but they are still waiting for ups to come pick it up...

I think there might be a possibility that best buy is shipping phones because of Hurricane Irma, or it might be because of everyone else receiving them early.

Its on the "processing" stage but my card has been charged again so it should go to preparing soon..

Ok guys, I just checked the status and my order just displayed "Order received" I have service through Verizon.

I think we should be getting tracking numbers by today or tomorrow.. I ordered on the 24th at like 10 pm.

Mine still says "Awaiting authorization" ordered on 8/24 at like 10 p.m. I just hope we get some movement at least by this Friday.
