You need to go to the bottom of the order page. It should show 1 of 4 status. Processing, Preparing, Shipped and Completed

My carrier is att my Order changed from processing to received. And my card has been charged!!!!. Hopefully they ship soon

Mine says the same even though its preparing now. So who knows. If i get it by thursday ill be a happy camper. As long as it doesnt arrive this weekend. I will be out of town this weekend.
