I had the same issues. I went to device manager and clicked on view hidden devices and installed everythind for the phone some have a box to check remove drivers make sure you check out and then reboot computer it should work. Posted via Android Central App

I have the razor for over a month now I think the best phoneIi has so far, as for the screenIi was even able to see it clearly outside not like other phones that you have to shield the sunlight to see. So I would get the razr.
