I have both a Galaxy S6 and an iPhone 6S (both of which I am selling now) as I bought a used Pixel XL 128GB. It is an incredible fast solid phone and the best android phone I have ever used. I say go for it but agree, to buy the XL if you get it.

The only time I have had that message displayed, about an overlay, is at night when I have my Easy Eyes app running and it lowers the color temp of my screen. Apparently that creates an overlay on the screen and I cannot make any screen selections or anything until I turn that app off. I hope...
