i was using stock 4.0.4 and i tried to flash my backup of 4.0.2 and it didnt work for some reason. so i just wipe data and cache and rebooted and its been on boot animation for about 10 min now. should it be taking this long or is there a problem?

Please i need some help! I was using root tools to install a font and went to reboot and now i cant get the phone to boot. it just stays on book loop and ive tried pulling battery and nothing helps!

I just installed the SDSpeed App. What does this do exactly in terms of faster transfer rate and what does the "cache size" refer to and what should it be set on. If I'm guessing correctly the higher the number (kB) the faster the sd card transfer rate? excuse me if this is a stupid question...
