Please i need some help! I was using root tools to install a font and went to reboot and now i cant get the phone to boot. it just stays on book loop and ive tried pulling battery and nothing helps!

You're going to need to boot into recovery, wipe and reflash whatever ROM you are on, unless you made a backup before changing what you did that you can restore to.

pull the battery, replace it, boot manually into bootloader mod,e (vol up and vol down and power together to turn on) - then use volume to navigate to "recovery" and then power to select it.

then restore a safe backup or relfash the rom and gapps

edit - do what def said :)

i was using stock 4.0.4 and i tried to flash my backup of 4.0.2 and it didnt work for some reason. so i just wipe data and cache and rebooted and its been on boot animation for about 10 min now. should it be taking this long or is there a problem?

No it probably should not. Do you have any other usable backups you can restore?

If not, and wiping/factory resets aren't getting you anywhere, you'll probably have to restore factory images via fastboot. Check dmmarck's sticky about factory images up top. It is not difficult at all, just takes a few minutes if you have the drivers set up correctly. Let us know if you have problems.
