Does anyone know if the Google Assistant roll-out is still going on? If the answer is simply "wait longer", I'm okay with that, but if the roll-out is over, and the problem is something specific to me, I'd like to figure it out.

If I do a long press of the home button, I still get Google Now on Tap. Yes, I am running Nougat (7.1.2). As a test, I created a secondary user on the phone (Gmail account), and that user gets Google Assistant.

Nexus 5X Android 7.1.2 All apps have been updated Language set to US English In Canada Using a G Suite account, and Web & App activity is already set to "ON for everyone". Any thoughts? Do I just need to wait longer? I would have thought that the rollout was over by now.

I'm in Canada, and simply want to buy an unlocked G3. This doesn't appear to be possible. LG will give me no answer other than "you have to go to a carrier". They won't even tell me a list price. amazon.ca has some G3s in their market place, but they are listed as "import" or "no warranty"...

Same problem on a Nexus 5. The issue has persisted across an app update.

I received my Nexus Player yesterday, and I must say I'm a bit disappointed. It's still a bit rough around the edges, but would probably still be useful for people who don't share a TV with others. The lack of multi-profile support renders it basically useless for my family. If I sign into it...

I'm not bothered by the storage and port options. I won't be using it for games, and all media will either be streamed from the Internet or a server in my house. 8 GB should be plenty for the apps that I'll have installed. I do wish that it had an Ethernet port, however.

It turns out that I just didn't scroll down far enough. It is available in Canada. Ordered!
