Question Reloaded stock ROM on Tab 3; Play store gives 'no connection' error...

The error when I attempt to install anything from the Play store is "Error: no connection". SM-T210R Factory reset (re-flashed Stock ROM) Android 4.4.2 (KitKat) I found a similar thread here but I'm hoping that someone either has a solution or a different (newer) ROM that I can load onto this...

    HD calling on Note 9?

BTW... if and when I decide to upgrade to the Note 10 or Note 20, does anyone happen to know if: 1) either/both of the Exynos versions support "HD Voice" and therefore would be okay on Verizon's network, and 2) if I would need an Exynos version in order to root either of them? Thanks.

    HD calling on Note 9?

Thanks. I got the international version because I didn't like how Samsung stopped putting out Android updates for my S7 Edge, so I could root the Exynos version of the Note 9. I didn't think about features like "HD voice".

    HD calling on Note 9?

Ting is my provider. They can send me either a T-Mobile/Sprint SIM or a Verizon for my Note 9 (Exynos, international version, rooted, custom ROM). Verizon has better coverage in my area so I requested a Verizon SIM. After I received it, they told me that it wouldn't work in my phone because...

Got replacement OLED on my Note 9, now screen does not recognize stylus

mustang7757: no, but I will. Edit: Safe mode made no difference; I can use my finger to draw on the screen (as in 'normal' mode), but I can't use the stylus to draw, touch the screen, etc. Mike Dee: Yes. The first time I tried to use the s-Pen, it gave some kind of error about not being...

Got replacement OLED on my Note 9, now screen does not recognize stylus

Please see prior thread for long, drawn out story if you need background info I had a partial black "oval" at the side of my Galaxy Note 9. Had to go through two (2) OLED replacements until they found one that worked. It was not until several days later, however, that I tried to use the...

What is this (see pic)? A bad OLED?

Must have been a bad replacement OLED. They ordered another OLED and now it looks great. I specifically asked the technician (different that the first gentleman) to look for signs of damage to the phone frame, etc. that might cause the screen to go wonky. He didn't. (There was no external...

What is this (see pic)? A bad OLED?

Yeah, I will take it back as soon as the new OLED comes in. If something inside the phone is *that* bent, it's strange that he didn't catch it. I kind of hope that it was a defective OLED (the first one he used to replace my damaged one).

What is this (see pic)? A bad OLED?

Thanks. I'm going back to the repair shop when the new part comes in; I'll tell him what you said.

What is this (see pic)? A bad OLED?

Thanks for the link. It is still there in Safe Mode.

What is this (see pic)? A bad OLED?

The black half-circle was there before the replacement, but it (or another one in almost the same place?) was there *after* the replacement as well. That's what makes it so weird.

What is this (see pic)? A bad OLED?

Please see attached photos. There was also: 1) some "blurriness"/strobing at certain brightness levels, esp. right after coming out of sleep mode 2) a faint black horizontal line starting at the "ellipse" and going the whole way across the screen. A local repair shop replaced the OLED and an...

    Replacement LCD for Note 9?

I was told by a friendly member here that I should try to find a replacement LCD screen on ifixit. I don't see that listed on this page, am I looking in the wrong place? https://www.ifixit.com/Device/Samsung_Galaxy_Note9
