The same day I got my Turbo I had the Verizon clerk put a Flexible Glass Screen Protector on it.

Aside from this issue, I really like the phone. I am hoping Lollipop will resolve the problem.

Re: Questions about Wifi and Data Perhaps we can all compare models and see if it is affecting one more than the other. I have the 64GB Ballistic Nylon model and have not experienced the problem.

I have not experienced this issue on my Turbo. Have you insured your system software (not the Android version) is up to date? Mine is at 21.21.15.en.US.

I can give that a try however I still think it is a step backward when one has to go through such a process considering it was not necessary or a 2 year old model phone.

I have used the Turbo charger on my BlueAnt Q3 with no adverse effects.

Okay, I tried using a nickname..., no joy. I get the same response as before, "Didn't catch that". The weird thing is if I use voice dialing directly to the phone, it works fine. The problem only occurs with the Bluetooth. This is really annoying me since I like the phone aside from this issue.

I downloaded some PDF files on my Turbo as well as copied some from my PC to the Download folder but when I checked the Download app on the phone only 1 file showed up however when I checked the Download folder using ES File Explorer, all the files are there. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Thanks for the tip doogald I will give it a try. I still think its crazy that a system that worked so well on a 2 year old phone does not work as well on its latest offering.
