I get the text option. And if I have an email on file in addition to their number I get an option of both.

Yes you can. Once the video starts playing on TV.. Disconnect your wifi... Then swipe away the casting notification. The video will continue playing on TV. Kill the YouTube app. Then open it again. You'll now be able to pick another video on YouTube while the original casting video will Continue...

Had to remove Samsung pay because it kept opening up while in my pocket

Sometimes when i grab ny phone from pocket.. Its on the Samsung pay screen also. Like phone woke by itself to the Samsung pay app. I have a Huawei smart watch.
