I have noticed the cracking sound quality around my neighborhood in Babylon, NY.... when i traveled and used the phone in Queens and other places, there was no cracking sound... this leads me to believe this is a result of equipment around my house.

My Note 3 is also having these issues and i bought mine last weekend.... has anyone had any success with Sprint. I bought mine at the Sprint Store in Bayshore, NY ... thanks

I would get a good quality cooper or gold cable.... Only saying this as i tried a cheap Mini-usb cable and it did not charge the phone, but worked find on older products - i.e. S3 and S4... hope this helps... thanks

You should look at Amazon.. there are only a handful of cases available at this time with better ones arriving at end of month
