Thanks but it is the module that came with the phone and is less than 2 months old.

Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it please? :( The module is the one that came with the new phone when purchased. It has been back to LG but they refused to repair it or tell me what the problem was as they saw a tiny crack in the screen and stated that the warranty was now not vaild.
