You are saying that the app is missing. If you referring to the Google services, of course it will be installed again after the factory reset. It's binded inside the factory image on every Android smartphone. It seems to me that you don't know what you are talking about.

That is completely wrong. Resetting the phone will bring back the factory image and will install all the necessary Google services back.

Have you tried to reboot?

That was probably a software bug. Led shouldn't be blinking while the screen is on, it's pointless and distracting.

Have you tried cleaning app cache or data?

Maybe it is from the browser? Check browser settings.

You can't remove the sim icons if you have two sims. It has to be there to know in which sim you received/sent a message/call. The only way to remove the icons is to have only one sim inserted in the phone.

Well it's an extreme measure but it works most of the times.

Usually it's better to factory reset after the updates.

Ouch... Let's hope it can be solved with software. First try to reboot to see if it's fixed. If not, try resetting networks. If that doesn't work, backup your data, and perform a full reset of the phone (wiping all data). If that doesn't work, then motherboard is toasted and probably will need...

You probably selected the wrong app for selecting ringtones by default. I guess this is a file manager, so you have to go to settings - apps, then find the file manager app, tap on it and then there should be an option to reset default actions.

Backup your data and try a hard reset.
