Ever since taking the OTA update to 23.21.44, I've had a lot of problems maintaining a data connection, especially to LTE. Frequently getting bumped down to 3G in areas where I've always had LTE. Also, it will frequently drop the data connection all together, showing the little exclamation mark...

Did pushing a new recovery with Odin work? Not trying to hijack the thread, but I'm experiencing the EXACT same problem with my Verizon S3 with the exact same circumstances, complete with taking an OTA after already being rooted...
