If you get really desperate you could even factory reset the phone. FWIW, I have multiple cards on SamsungPay and have never had to call anyone to verify them. That in itself sounds odd to me, and may be indicative of a deeper problem.

I agree - there is clearly some sort of freak glitch in your watch. If a factory reset doesn't cure it you should take it back and exchange it for one that works properly.

I had a similar issue with my S2. Some apps, like Signal, use the system-wide list that you can edit in the Gear app, but others, like Skype, seem to have their own internal list of canned responses. If there's any way to edit those I have yet to discover it...

Same here - I haven't noticed a difference in the battery life.
