Nexus 5: Strange find, regarding battery drainage fix...

Re: Strange find, regarding battery drainage fix... I get your point, but that's not it... because I haven't changed, added or changed any settings within any app during these last few days, the battery just decided to change it's drainage for some odd reason. But having switched run modes to...

Nexus 5: Strange find, regarding battery drainage fix...

Like many others out there, I also had a sudden change in my battery behaviour. A few days ago, my battery started to drain from like 1/1,5% per hour (talking about not touching the device here) to a drastic 8%... I've tried several things, from switching off location sensors, turning off...

    Email server settings??

Using the standard email app... which I'm kinda used to, should be possible to get it to work though? (can't imagine all the Nexus users have these issues - as I had the exact same issue on my 'old' N4, and now on my N5 as well)

    Email server settings??

I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but here goes... I'm having issues ever since I switched to my first Android phone, which was the Nexus 4, 8 months ago. For some reason I can receive emails without any problems, but can't send any? They just sit in the Outbox forever! - For...

Possibility to add more widgets to the KitKat lock screen?

Now that we have KitKat, on the lock screen there is a fixed icon for Camera... Is there also a possibility to put an extra icon next to it? (without having to swipe to another lock screen)

Google Experience Launcher for the Nexus 4

Strange... I finally got the 4.4 KitKat ;) But, I find it weird that in the Google bar, the words "OK Google" have disappeared? (while my 4.3 DID have those words, after installing the GEL/Search Bar)

Google Experience Launcher for the Nexus 4

Great, looking forward to KitKat even more now... ;) Posted via Android Central App, using my LG Nexus 4.

Google Experience Launcher for the Nexus 4

I just installed the launcher, and I can swipe left for Google Now, also it includes the Google Now home screen bars (incl the "OK Google")... However, the top and bottom of my screen stay black (where I thought they would turn transparent) * Could this have to do with the fact that I don't...

    Supporting worldwide network frequencies??

Simple question; Since I travel a lot internationally, I'd like to know if the Moto X supports worldwide network frequencies?? (whether I'm in China, Brazil, Egypt, Germany, etc...) If not, what phone do you recommend me??

What Android world-phone do you recommend me??

I'm getting the Nexus 5 next month (EU version) but since I'm running an international company, I would also like to have a phone that works worldwide wherever I might take it. (whether it's China, USA, Australia etc.) - I really like the looks of the Motorola Moto X, but I'm not sure if that...

Time for a proper introduction... ;)

Thanks guys... Currently I don't have an S4 anymore, since I swapped it for a Nexus 4,which I can't say I regret for a single second. Yes, the S4 might be a bit higher ranked (hardware wise), I just couldn't get used to the TouchWiz interface. Also, I might had a buggy S4 from the start but...

Camera sticking out... vulnerable to damage??

Ok, but seriously... when put on the back, doesn't it scratch the camera lense? Putting a sticker over the lense would give a blurred picture when shooting, so that doesn't really sound like a realistic option. - My worries are just, that I would scratch the lense... Is this a grounded worry...

Thanks guys, I have to say that after a few months I really like this community... specially now with the new Nexus 5, it's great to get all the latest info.

Nexus 5: First Impressions & Reviews

Re: Using my new nexus5 right now - About the camera; I'm just wondering, since the camera at the back seems to stick out a bit, doesn't it make it vulnerable to scratches on the lense?? Many of us have the phone laying flat on its back most of the time, making it lay down on the lense... Am I...
