I would love to win one of the new Nexus 7's I loved my OG Nexus 7 but sadly had to sell it, Like the new specs :) Good luck Everyone and Thanks Androidcentral for this opportunity to win a New Nexus 7
It is glass, one way you can tell is plastic doesnt absorb temperature like glass does. Screen gets cold to touch when you are in cold temps. Also it feels glass, and most Capacitive Touch screens are glass.
I returned my Evo yesterday as well, i couldnt deal with the wifi issue, and missing calls due to service being terrible out here. So ported over to t-mobile and got the Mytouch Slide, works like a champ. Strangely its just as snappy as the Evo....
Sofar i like it, not as nice of a screen as my Evo 4G had, or other hardware, but way less buggy, and better Service in my area!! Strangely, its just as snappy as The Evo 4G was for me...
I think we will see alot of Improvements to the Evo's Camera in the coming months, i am already blown away by the quality of it when taking Pics, even in low light conditions. Finally i can put my n95's crown on my Evo 4G!!!
Also if your hyped by the Camera have a look at my thread

The 8MP Camera in our Evo 4G's is Superior to apples 5MP, and they both have BSI (Backside Illumination)
Just so everyone knows.... The Evo 4G also has this Backside Illumination thing that the iPhone 4 has, the source of the info in the links below
HTC Evo Teardown by Chipworks
OmniVision OV8812 Color CMOS 8-megapixel
It is also capable of 720p @ 60fps....
If its on wifi it could be a hardware firewall issue, i had a Moto CLIQ XT for a few weeks and had trouble downloading on wifi, enabled DMZ mode on my XT, and that fixed it. I do not have that issue on my EVO 4G, but i also have a new router now :)
That to me does not look like normal Light Leakage, as mine does not have this at all. I only have the slight light leakage from the Capacitive buttons (left 2)
Sprint is being very smart on how they are rolling out 4G, they will ramp the speeds up gradually. Instead of just letting it roll full speed ahead and have questionable results. Basically they didnt roll out 4G "at&t style" lol
